Oliver Nunez is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tridium Development LLC and a native of Aiken. With deep roots in the local community and years of hands-on construction experience throughout the Southeast, Oliver brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to residential development and custom homebuilding.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken, Oliver has helped oversee and manage the construction, renovation, and restoration of more than 90 homes and residential projects across South Carolina — spanning custom homes, large-scale renovations, multifamily restoration projects, and ground-up residential construction.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Oliver remains actively involved throughout every phase of the building process — from planning and budgeting to construction execution and final delivery. His vision is to provide homeowners with a streamlined and transparent building experience while delivering thoughtfully designed homes with lasting value.

Jahier Nunez is Co-Founder and COO of Tridium Development LLC. Raised in Aiken, he developed a strong work ethic and a deep interest in buildings and infrastructure from an early age.

He later attended Clemson University, earning a degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Management — gaining experience in soil mechanics, foundation design, site development, and large-scale construction planning.

His combination of technical engineering knowledge and practical project management skills — shaped by both his academic background and his Aiken upbringing — brings a disciplined, solution-oriented mindset to every Tridium project.

With more than three decades of experience in construction and real estate development, Luis G. Valdes serves as Chairman of The Tridium Companies — guiding the strategic vision, growth initiatives, and commitment to excellence across Tridium Development, Tridium Properties, Tridium Holdings, Tridium Property Management, and Tridium Partners.

Throughout his career, Mr. Valdes has built a reputation for transforming ambitious ideas into successful developments spanning commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. He is known for his forward thinking approach and his deep understanding of market dynamics. He has been recognized on the cover of construction industry magazines, served on corporate boards, and has been actively involved in industry organizations such as the National Association of Homebuilders, the Florida Association of Homebuilders, and the Latin Builders Association.

His educational background spans Business, Finance, Construction, and Medicine. Outside of work, he is an avid seaman, sailor, and saltwater fisherman — having navigated the Southeast US, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean, and competed in offshore sailing regattas, as well as inshore and offshore saltwater fishing tournaments.
